Like many Roofing business's Raynor's started of with just two partners, Barry and Ann Raynor. Ann running the accounts and Barry doing what he did best, being part of a team, leading that team and most of all doing what he loved most, primarilly installing mastic asphalt roofing systems, his Dad befor installing mastic asphalt roofing during the second world war.

Time progressed, and felt roofing then became the choice roofing system, due to the speed it could be installed, and the cost. Over the years, felt became high performance felt, which i can say is not comparable to the 1980's felt lol. Anyway, technoloqy moves on, and with the passing of time, so many high performance roofing systems were developed. Good light weight extremely durable and safe to install roofing systems to sum it up. These high performance roofing systems include, Single Ply Roofing membranes, Rubber Roofing, the ever popular, and growing more popular Liquid Applied Roofing Systems, and let's not forget high performance felt roofing systems, and occasionally, when the need permits, such as Raynor's re roofing of the Birmingham Law Courts ,(ie Victoria Law Courts), then mastic asphalt roofing has to be used to keep in with the requirements of a listed building.

Baring in mind that these roofing systems took a vast amount of money to develop, the manufacturers of such roofing systems only allow the very best roofing companies to install their roofing membranes, with the firms being vetted, and the roofers of Raynor's attending training courses, so that they aquire the skill set required to install said roofing membranes and roofing systems.

Raynor Ltd complete many large roofing projects each year. They undertake roofing work for many large local authorities and builders, such as Nottingham City Homes, Clegg, Charles Fish and much more. We are qualified installers of many roofing membranes and as such gain access to manufacturers oversights.

We install Single Ply Roofing membranes, and the ever popular cold applied liquid roofing systems.
